New Headteacher for E-ACT Ousedale
We are pleased to announce that Paul McFadden has been appointed as the new headteacher here at Ousedale.
Mr McFadden is currently Senior Deputy Headteacher at the school and is a committed and experienced senior leader dedicated to providing a positive learning environment for our students.
Mr McFadden will take up his new role from Monday 21st October.
Mr McFadden has been teaching since 1995 and has worked across a number of schools in the East Midlands. He has leadership experience in both pastoral and academic aspects of school life and played an integral role in securing an Outstanding Ofsted rating as a senior leader. He joined us here at Ousedale in September 2014
His priorities centre on fostering a culture of continuous improvement by building upon our existing work to enhance our inclusive and engaging learning environment. He is committed to empowering pupils to become critical thinkers and lifelong learners. Outgoing headteacher Andy Burton, will remain connected to the school in his role as Education Director at E-ACT and will continue to support this important work directly with Ousedale.
We are confident that under Mr McFadden’s leadership Ousedale will continue to progress from strength to strength. The future is bright here and we look forward to working with the wider Ousedale community to continue providing a wonderful education for every student.
